About RISOLI

Risoli began in in the 1960’s in the town of Lumezzane: a company destined to become a leading brand in cooking utensils. Alfredo Montini, the founder, began producing bespoke cast aluminium utensils, pans and pots of high thickness (6-8 mm) with avant-garde scratchproof nonstick coatings.

His intention was to substitute the old cast iron kitchenware with a lightweight product: the result of which was the realization of cookware easier to handle, easier to clean and with a better and uniform distribution of heat to guarantee a consistent cooking which help foods retain their natural taste.

 MADE IN ITALY.
In our 10000 sq metre building we produce the finished product from the raw material. Every step of the production process is scrupulously checked to ensure consistent high quality.

OUR WARRANTY
Our entire range is made in Italy, starting from the raw material: High Grade Aluminium sourced from our local Lumezzane foundries. Each product is finished by hand and all products are coated with three layers of scratch resistant nonstick material, which is 100% non-toxic and food safe without any PFOA (Plerfluorooctanoic acid), a known carcinogenic.

The use of the highest quality raw materials in the production process combined with each article being hand finished guarantees the high quality of Risolì products for a long period (uni-es ISO 9001:2000 quality certification).
