Tajine Recipes for Autumn for the Risoli DrGreen range

With Autumn in the air, it is time to start enjoying more slow cooked and warming meals and there are probably few healthier meals (or more satisfying) than a great tajine dish! Shoporganic profilers Risoli, share some of their favourite Italian tajines here below:

Tajine cousous meal

 

Couscous vegetariano flag

Vegetarian COUS COUS
Ingredients
200 g of pre-cooked couscous
400 broth
1/2 white onion
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
1 sachet of saffron
grated ginger
1 eggplant
1 zucchina
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
50 g of rice Venus
fresh parsley
Toast for a few minutes the couscous then pour the hot broth, close the Dr.Green ® tajine by RISOLI’ and let stand a few minutes.
Transfer the couscous in a bowl and move with a fork.
Now heat (in TajinDr.Green® by RISOLI’) a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, add the chopped onion and sauté a few minutes.
Add the saffron, garlic and grated ginger.
Let cook for few minutes.
At this point add the diced vegetables, a handful of rice Venus, the broth and cook for 10 minutes over low heat, taking the Tajine closed.
After ten minutes, add the couscous, stir the ingredients well and serve. Garnish with fresh parsley


Couscous con patate e gamberi flag

Couscous with shrimp and potatoes

Ingredients
200 g of pre-cooked couscous
400 ml of broth
1 white onion
10 cherry tomatoes
1 potato
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Origano
salt
paprika
200 g prawns
Toast for a few minutes the couscous then pour the hot broth, close the TajinDrGreen® by RISOLI 'and let stand a few minutes.
Transfer the couscous in a bowl and move with a fork.
Place in the TajineDrGreen ® white onion finely chopped, chopped tomatoes in half a potato, cut into cubes, season with dell 'oil, salt, oregano, paprika and add the shrimp. Pour the hot stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
When cooked, add the couscous shelled and serve garnished with the chopped basil.
