Why do I need this product?

We understand that with pregnancy comes a few quirks, that’s why we created Goodbye Cankles. Goodbye Cankles, has been formulated to reduce the swelling of your feet and ankles during pregnancy. It can also be used by diabetics that suffer from swollen legs and it is a wonderful deep tissue massage oil.

The Lemon, Chamomile, Fennel and Lavender essential oils increases blood circulation to your legs and ankles thereby reducing swelling, whilst Geranium and Grapefruit essential oils are anti-inflammatory and reduces fluid retention in your legs.

Directions for use: Shake the bottle before use. Place a few drops of the product onto your hands, ensure that your hands are clean, gently massage in a circular motion into your skin focusing on the problem areas.

Storage: Keep out of direct sunlight. Store in an upright position in a cool, dark place. Ensure that the cap is always on and the bottle is sealed, to avoid contamination.

Warnings: For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. If ingested seek professional medical advice. If a rash or allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a Doctor.

Possible Allergens: Grape and may contain traces of tree nut allergens.

There are a variety of ways in which  the layman can use essential oils for health and beauty. The novice should start with three or five essential oils that they feel personally attracted to.
Always obey the rule of “less is more” i.e. keep dilutions to 1-3drops (one to three)per 5ml. carrier oil and be aware of any contra-indications that may exist for your personally chosen essential oil.
